I’m an evolutionary biologist interested in plant adaptation, phylogenetics and systematics.

I’m currently an NSF Postdoctoral Fellow in the Biology Department at Indiana University and a member of the Hahn lab.

I completed my Ph.D. in EEB at the University of Michigan in 2022 with Dr. Stephen Smith and Dr. Christopher Dick.

I study genomes to learn about how plants adapt to their environment, how gene flow among species might facilitate adaptation, and how we can use molecular phylogentics to reveal the plant tree of life.
